1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

During promotional events, inventory adjustments, or peak order periods, processing times may be slightly extended. We will always make every effort to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.

Once your order has been shipped, a confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent to you.


2. Shipping Fee

We charge a flat shipping fee of USD 11.88 per order.

This shipping fee is fixed and does not vary based on the number of items, package weight, or order value.

For remote or special delivery areas (such as islands or mountainous regions), additional surcharges may apply based on actual logistics costs.


3. Shipping Methods

To ensure timely and secure delivery, we partner with several international logistics providers, including but not limited to:

Royal Mail, DHL Parcel, Cainiao Global, 4PX, Singapore Post, SF Express (International Small Packet), and others.

Shipping routes are automatically selected by our system based on the destination address to ensure the most efficient delivery method.


4. Shipping Coverage

We ship to most countries and regions worldwide. However, due to logistics restrictions or regulatory limitations, we currently do not ship to the following countries:

Sudan, South Sudan, Iran, North Korea, Cuba, Syria, Ukraine, Russia, Belarus, Afghanistan, Democratic Republic of the Congo, Haiti, Iraq, Libya, Mali, Mozambique, Myanmar, Somalia, Turkey, Yemen.


5. Estimated Delivery Time

The estimated delivery times below apply after the order has been shipped and are for reference only:

  • East Asia / Southeast Asia: 5–9 business days

  • United States / Canada: 7–13 business days

  • Major European Countries: 8–14 business days

  • Australia / New Zealand: 10–17 business days

  • Middle East / South America / Africa (selected regions): 15–25 business days

Actual delivery times may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, flight schedules, or local public holidays.


6. Customs Duties & Taxes

International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees in accordance with local regulations.

All such charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

If a shipment is returned or destroyed due to the buyer’s refusal to pay applicable fees, the buyer will bear any resulting losses.


7. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided via email.

Tracking updates can be viewed on the carrier’s official website.

Please note that tracking information may temporarily stop updating during customs clearance or transit stages. This is normal.

If tracking information has not updated for an extended period, please contact us and we will assist you in checking with the carrier.


8. Address & Delivery Issues

Please ensure that your shipping address, recipient name, and contact information are complete and accurate at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the buyer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.

In the event that a package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us promptly so we can assist in resolving the issue with the carrier.


9. Delays & Force Majeure

Delivery delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Customs inspections

  • Natural disasters or severe weather

  • Flight delays or logistics disruptions

  • Local public holidays

  • Other force majeure events

While we will make every effort to communicate with the carrier and keep you informed, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by such factors.
