  • Intimate apparel or undergarments

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Used or damaged items not caused by shipping

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue efficiently, please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or videos showing the issue

  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

Once verified, we will offer a replacement, refund, or other appropriate solution at no additional cost.


4. Return Shipping Responsibility

Return shipping responsibility is determined as follows:

Customer Responsibility
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer if the return is due to personal reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Ordering the wrong item

  • No longer needing or wanting the item

  • Preference-related issues (such as size or color expectations)

Our Responsibility
We will cover return shipping costs or provide compensation if the return is due to:

  • Damaged or defective items

  • Incorrect items sent

  • Verified quality issues caused by us

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method for all returns. We are not responsible for lost or untraceable return shipments.


5. Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval status.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.

Please note:

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider


6. Exchanges

Exchanges are available for eligible items within the return period.

If the requested replacement item is out of stock, we will issue a refund or assist you in selecting an alternative product.


7. Order Cancellation

Orders may only be canceled before shipment.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. You may submit a return request after receiving the package.
